Pixel 10 might cost more as Google aims for a premium feel

Published

Pixel 10 Pro XL

A new report suggests that the upcoming Google Pixel 10 could come with a higher price, as Google may be planning to position it as a more premium device.

According to a source speaking to Android Authority, Google might raise the price of the Pixel 10 when it launches later this year. The reason? Google reportedly wants to make its flagship phones feel more high-end, similar to what Apple and Samsung offer.

The Pixel 10 is expected to bring improvements in design, performance, and software, which could help justify the price bump. However, the report doesn’t confirm how much more expensive the phone might be.

In recent years, Pixel phones have offered strong value, often undercutting competitors on price. But this new move could signal a shift in strategy, aiming for a more premium spot in the market.

Of course, none of this is official yet. Google hasn’t confirmed any details about pricing or features. The Pixel 10 is expected to be announced in fall 2025, so we’ll likely get more information in the coming months.

Google Pixel Watch 3 FCC

Google is rolling out exciting updates for its devices in April 2025, and the Pixel Watch 3 is stealing the show with a cool new tool: scam detection. This feature helps keep you safe by warning you about shady calls right on your wrist. It’s like having a smart guard that spots trouble before it gets to you. The watch checks incoming calls and flags anything suspicious, so you can avoid scams without a hassle.

Along with this, the Pixel Watch 3 gets a boost from the April 2025 Google system update. This update makes the watch run smoother and adds handy improvements. For example, it fixes bugs that might slow things down and makes the battery last longer. Google’s goal is to keep your watch working great while adding fresh tricks to make life easier.

The scam detection tool uses clever tech to figure out if a call is fishy. It looks at patterns—like weird numbers or strange timing—and lets you know if something’s off. You don’t need to be a tech whiz to use it; the watch does the hard work for you. Plus, this update isn’t just for the Pixel Watch 3—other Pixel devices are getting love too, with better security and performance.

Google’s April 2025 update shows they’re serious about keeping your gadgets safe and smart. The Pixel Watch 3’s scam alert is a big win for anyone who wants peace of mind without extra effort. Whether you’re busy at work or out for a walk, your watch has your back. With these changes, Google keeps its promise to make tech that’s simple, helpful, and ready for whatever comes next.

Google’s New Tricks: Song search history and Messages update

Published

Google

Google is making life easier with two cool updates. First, they’ve added a way to see your song search history. If you’ve ever hummed a tune into Google to find out what it is, you can now look back at all the songs you’ve searched for. It’s super simple—just go to the Google app, tap your profile picture, and find the “Song Search History” option. This works on both Android and iPhone, so no one’s left out. Whether you’re curious about that Ascending or just love music, it’s a fun way to keep track of those catchy melodies you’ve discovered.

Next up, Google Messages is getting a handy new feature: an unsubscribe button. Tired of annoying spam texts from businesses? Now, when you get one, you might spot a little “Unsubscribe” button right in the chat. Tap it, and Google will send a reply to stop those messages—usually something like “STOP” gets typed for you. It’s not everywhere yet, but it’s rolling out slowly to Android users. This should save you time and cut down on inbox clutter.

Both updates show Google’s focus on making things smoother for users. The song history feature is perfect for music fans who want to revisit their finds, while the unsubscribe option tackles a common headache—unwanted texts. These changes aren’t flashy, but they’re practical and built to help you out in everyday life.

As Google keeps tweaking its apps, little upgrades like these can make a big difference. So, next time you’re humming a mystery song or dodging spam, Google’s got your back with tools that feel simple and human-friendly. Keep an eye out—these features might already be on your phone!
