Google Play Store introduces new Dialog UI, Featured Stories card
Google Play Store version 39.8 rolling out a redesigned dialog UI and featured stories card. The new cards will surface on the homepage of the Play Store, while dialog UI can be seen tapping and holding on an app’s listing.
The new dialog UI allows you to expand the quick page to the details page of the app. The app/game’s details remain the same, while the Add to wishlist heading’s toggle has a tweaked icon (via AssembleDebug).

Footer section of the new dialog UI now has two buttons, with Play Pass purchase can now be made directly from the dialog box itself alongside the price button that takes you to the payment page.
Talking about the addition of cards, the Featured stories tab surfaces a News Showcase-like placement, as part of promoting a group of applications and games based on users’ activity and interests.
