Google I/O 2024 happening on May 14
Google officially revealed the I/O 2024 event will begin on May 14. As usual, the company recently dropped a puzzle of the event’s date. Shortly after the puzzle, Google confirmed the I/O 2024 event timeline for live stream and keynotes.
Every year, Google’s I/O has always been more than just a developer-focused event. At the I/O 2024, Google will likely begin Android 15’s Beta Program and unveil new products and software advancements such as Pixel 8a, Pixel Fold, etc.
Seeing the current atmosphere in the smartphone industry, the search engine giant would focus on artificial intelligence and Generative AI. Android’s native applications and useful functionalities may also be upgraded with innovative capabilities.
