To comply with EU rules, WhatsApp has been working to enable third-party chats. Ahead of Public availability, WhatsApp third-party chats have been shown in a video of a feature under development.

Since WhatsApp’s third-party chat feature has yet to be rolled out, the user interface and functionality have been revealed. It showcases the settings page, toggles to enable/disable, and options to select apps and a section in the chat list.

Once available, third-party chat can be activated through WhatsApp account settings. You will have a list of compatible apps from where messages will be received, however, you need to select your preference.

At present, the app’s build cannot list compatible platforms, resulting in, the next steps are no longer accessible. Well, the developers may have been working hard to finish the development of the feature and implement in Europe.
