Issue Tracker website indicates that Google will fix the Pixel scrolling stutter issue with the Android 15. The company marked the Pixel scrolling stutter issue fixed, but added that the improvements will be deployed with the next Android release, via PhoneArena.

The Pixel maker mentioned “Ongoing optimizations in performance and power are slated for the next Android release. These include improvements positively impacting overall system UI jank as well as use cases tied to some Android applications.”

Google’s move left Pixel having happy and unhappy together. The issue is marked fixed; there won’t be any further discussion take place on the topic, however, the solution will be deployed only with the Stable release of the Android 15 later this year.

It’s worth noting that the original complaint was made in October 2023 when a Pixel 8 Pro user running a Beta version of Android 14 left feedback with Google. Later on, other complaints were lodged and were from other models besides the Pixel 8 Pro.
