Google offers a chance to score Pixel 8 phone with Play Points

Gold, Platinum, and Diamond tier members of the Play Points program have a chance to score a Google Pixel 8 series phone. Super Weekly Prize is live for consumers, letting them win one from a total of 200 units of Pixel 8 and 8 Pro.

Members of Google Play Points from Gold, Platinum, and Diamond levels getting invites to take part in the “Super Weekly Prize.” The prizes for Platinum users include Pixel 8 Pro Mint (100 pcs), Pixel 8 Mint (100 pcs), and 1000 Google Play points each for 10,400 people.

It’s worth noting that the Super Weekly Prize doesn’t require any Play Points redemption. So you have Play Points unredeemed, check for an invite from Google. If the invite has arrived, go try your luck to snag a Google Pixel 8 or 8 Pro flagship in Mint.

Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro are Google’s most advanced smartphones yet. Both models use Tensor G3 chipset and offer On-device AI capabilities derived from Google’s Gemini Nano Large Language Model.

The US tech giant has also upgraded the display and camera sensors on both models. In particular, the Mint colorway of the Pixel 8 lineup has recently made its debut, joining the standard shades introduced last October.
