Official Google Pixel 8a leaks alongside 27W charging, Bluetooth 5.3
Google accidentally revealed the Pixel 8a in its recent Fi ad. The smartphone has also secured approval by Bluetooth SIG certification and a sweet leak claims a must-needed charging speed upgrade.
YouTube Frutejuise (via GSMArena) spotted the Pixel 8a in a Google Fi ad. The image used as an ad shows that the device lacks a mic next to the LED flash, which is seen in the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones.
Bluetooth SIG certification has also approved the phone, confirming Bluetooth 5.3 support. Aligning with past leaks, the phone is being developed with various model numbers including G8HNN, GKV4X, G6GPR, and G576D.
YogeshBrar revealed key specs of the Pixel 8a. The source mentioned that Google’s next budget-friendly phone will support 27W fast charging. Do note that a faster charging speed is a much-needed upgrade in Google’s “a” lineup.
