Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 coming, case’ battery leaks
Google could also launch Pixel Buds Pro 2 alongside Watch 3 this year. The company is working on the next pair of earbuds, which just spotted on UL Demko and Safety Korea certifications. The listing revealed a live image of the cell and battery capacity of the charging case.
The charging case of Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 carries model number GH8tQ. The charging case is equipped with a 650mAh Li-ion battery, a 30mAh boost over the predecessor. Besides, the SatefyKorea listing only reveals the model number, which matches with UL Demko.
The Pixel Buds Pro 2 could be manufactured by Chongqing VDL Electronics in China. With the next-gen Pixel Buds, we expect Google to introduce some user-friendly AI features. Real-time translation and functional accuracy should be improved for better experiences.
Google Pixel Buds Pro (1st-gen) Specs
Google’s 1st-gen Pixel Buds Pro features a custom 11nm driver paired with a 6-core custom-built audio chip. The company also brought a software tweak to the Pixel Buds Pro called the “Silent Steal” feature that improves noise cancellation by adapting to your ear’s shape.
Pixel Buds Pro offers up to 7 hours of battery life with ANC enabled, while you can extend it by 4 hours by disabling ANC. The company claims Pixel Buds Pro offerss 31 hours of battery backup (bundled with case) and supports a wireless charging feature.
