Google could soon bring the Gemini AI extension to Spotify. The company is working hard to expand the capacities of its artificial intelligence functionality. As a result, we are seeing deeper integration of Gemini AI with leading apps and services.
AndroidAuthority discovered evidence that the Gemini AI extension could be coming soon to Spotify. It’s worth noting that the company has recently announced the YouTube Music extension, allowing Gemini to find, play, and control music from YouTube Music.
As soon as the extension arrives, Gemini will be able to access info from various Google apps and services. The info can be used to serve you even better AI results. For instance, YouTube Music extension allows you to find and play music through Gemini by tapping into the audio streaming service.
Spotify will hopefully get similar feature parity as the YouTube Music got. Since the rollout is yet to happen, development would continue internally. As soon as a new development arrives on the matter, we will notify you accordingly.
