Google’s Big Game Plan: 50 local ads for small businesses in Super Bowl 2025

For the Super Bowl in 2025, Google is doing something special with their ads. They’ve decided that every one of the 50 states will get its own unique Super Bowl commercial. Each ad will highlight a local small business or nonprofit using Google’s new tool, “Google Workspace with Gemini.”

Google recently shared that Gemini, their AI, is now part of Google Workspace for business users. This means during the big game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles, viewers will see how these businesses are using AI to boost their work.

If you’re in Texas, you’ll see Bison Coolers on your screen, while Oregon residents will meet Jacobsen’s Salt Co. These ads are all about celebrating the hard work, creativity, and spirit of small businesses across America. They show how these companies use AI to work smarter, not harder, and to focus on what they love doing.

In just 30 seconds each, Google aims to demonstrate the power of AI in everyday business tasks like sending emails quickly, writing website content, handling data, managing emails and customer service, translating conversations on the spot, and improving email replies.

You can check out all these ads online at the Google Workspace site or at goo.gle/50states50stories. The businesses come from a wide range of fields like farming, education, food, health, manufacturing, entertainment, and more.

To create these ads, Google used their AI Studio and NotebookLM to sift through thousands of customers, finally choosing the 50 best stories to tell. They had just ten weeks to film everything, with small teams capturing footage across all 50 states in a short time.
